manufacture these Tube fittings and Valves in different sizes by using
high quality metals like brass, stainless steel, monel and other
materials, as per the clients requirement.
Services We Offer:
- We have inhouse Forging facility of 30 ton and 70 ton friction screw forging press having capacity upto 1kg of raw forging.
- We have machining facility of forged pieces and turned components from extruded rods.
- We have machining capacity upto 38mm A/F and 41mm dia. on six station turret capstan lathe 14 nos.
- We
undertake quality forging and machining of any Brass components as per
customers drawing and specification with third party inspection.
- We have regular Natural Gas fittings, production supplied to Mahanagar Gas Ltd., and Indraprastha Gas Ltd.,
- We also have regular production of 450 and 370 Brass Flare fittings.

It includes Free Cutting Brass, High Grade Stainless Steel or any special composition as per customers' requirements. Our conventional machines and specific purpose machines for dimension control, internal threads control and other similar gadgets, complete our state-of-the-art infrastructure. We have a team of highly experienced engineers who enable us to cope with our customers' needs. Thus, our unit is also well equipped to undertake special type of brass fittings and forging, casting & machinery of special purpose valves. Furthermore, our in-house facilities include:
