Pioneer Industries offers a wide range of stainless steel tube fittings in different sizes (1/16", 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 11/4" 11/2" & 2"). These fittings provide a "Zero leak proof seal" which will withstand high pressure, impulse, vibration and temperature. These fittings are used for instrumentation, process control systems, analyzers and environmental equipments in oil & gas, petro-chemical, power generation, pulp & paper industry, etc. As a whole, our ambit of industrial valves and fittings includes:

Infrastructure
Establishing a state-of-the-art infrastructural unit, our company has maintained a strict vigil in maintaining the quality of raw materials used during the manufacturing. It includes Free Cutting Brass, High Grade Stainless Steel or any special composition as per customers' requirements. Our conventional machines and specific purpose machines for dimension control, internal threads control and other similar gadgets, complete our state-of-the-art infrastructure. We have a team of highly experienced engineers who enable us to cope with our customers' needs. Thus, our unit is also well equipped to undertake special type of brass fittings and forging, casting & machinery of special purpose valves. Furthermore, our in-house facilities include:
- Forging facility (100 ton and 200 ton friction screw forging press)
- Machining facility of forged pieces and turned components from extruded rods (having machining capacity up to 38mm A/F and 41mm dia.)
- Undertaking quality forging and machining of any brass components as per customers' drawings and specifications with third party approval.
